Loved my technician but they had to make several adjustments and the owner charged us every time they had to come out. I don't like being "nickel and dimed" for a system they designed so unfortunately this was not a great experience. Update: The company had to come out again and their technician, Jim Fraley, was awesome. If you need work done, please ask for Jim, he has come out 2 different times and was amazing both times. And I'm happy to say that the company did not charge me for the adjustment. So I have to give them a full rating as this made a huge difference on the project. Very happy at this point.
